A professional photography space for rent, at $65 per hour. The space includes 2 shooting rooms, one is Lowkey - 17'x16' (all black-no natural light), one is Highkey  - 16'x14' (all white with plenty of natural light through bay window).  the shooting rooms include a dozen backdrops. There is also a conference room for up to 5 people, a kitchenette, and a bathroom/dressing room. Lighting and props are a small extra cost. 

Basic studio rental $65/hr, Extra cost Einstein (2) lighting $25/studio rental, light stand/Tripod $10/item, Background lights $10/studio rental, props $5/item, Smoke & Bubble machines $15/item. Payment for studio or add-ons payable in advance by Zelle, Cashapp, or Paypal
